Exercise Physiologist

Details of the offer

As an exercise physiologist, you will be responsible for the assessment of patients, prescription of exercises, and supervising patient exercise programs.
You will deliver therapy in individualised, group, and hydrotherapy settings and work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will work primarily across our inpatient, day program, and outpatient services.
Skills and Experience Degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)Current Accreditation with ESSAMinimum of 2 years' experience working as an Exercise Physiologist (desirable)Current NDIS Workers CheckExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh standard of customer service and a team approachCommitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practiceUnderstanding of quality improvement principlesFlexible, positive approach to workExperience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting (desirable)Remuneration On offer is hourly base salary ranging from $38.26 - $55.42 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
