We provide services across the Northern Rivers with clinics located in Ballina, Goonellabah/Lismore, Casino, Kyogle, and Dunoon. We also provide home visits within the region.About the Role:This is a predominantly community-based role servicing Ballina, Goonellabah, and Casino NSW clients in both our clinics and home visits. This position will be full-time; however, part-time may be negotiable.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's health status.Develop individualised exercise programs for clients based on their specific needs and goals, including disability, aged care, chronic health conditions, and injury recovery.Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety, and injury prevention.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all different backgrounds and abilities.Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as the confidence to work independently.Highly organised and detailed with client notes and inputting data into systems.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field.Must have ESSA registration and Medicare provider number or be in the process of/eligible to apply.Driver's license and own car.BENEFITS:$35-$45/hour plus overtime, travel, and devices.Overtime, sick, and holiday pay as per relevant award.Training and mentoring through initial employment.
