Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics.Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.Job DescriptionJoin the Kieser Essendon team as an Exercise Physiologist, a role dedicated to safely prescribing and supervising exercise and strength training for our clients with diverse health and medical needs including those impacted by chronic disease and those undertaking injury rehabilitation.By combining traditional exercise physiology methods with education on the benefits of strength training for prevention and treatment of health and medical conditions, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most. Responsibilities include:Develop and deliver exercise programs aimed at prevention and recovery to enhance overall health and long-term wellbeingConduct physiological assessments (body composition, blood pressure, oxygen saturation) and prescribe exercise for group or individual sessionsUse objective measures, including strength testing and patient-reported outcomes, to guide clinical decisionsEstablish relationships with local Allied Health professionalsManage and build a caseload of individual and group sessionsConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIf you are a graduate/experienced Exercise Physiologist, with a passion for client outcomes and a belief in strength training for long-term prevention, we want to hear from you.This is a part-time role 3 days per week. *Shift times are generally between Mon-Fri 6am – 8pm / Saturdays 7am – 3pmQualificationsRequired:ESSA recognised Bachelor or Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology DegreeCurrent ESSA registrationValid working rights in AustraliaActive and current Professional Indemnity InsuranceFirst Aid CertificationNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckMinimum 1-2 years relevant work experienceDiversity and inclusionWe value inclusion and diversity and are committed to creating a safe, confident, and celebratory work environment.
