In this role, you will be managing a clinical case load providing exercise based therapy to guests and community clients who are living with spinal cord injury, and a variety of other neurological and physical disabilities. Beyond traditional therapy, this position offers a unique chance to develop your skills by supporting clients in accessing adaptive recreation activities such as swimming, mountain bike riding, surfing and more. Key responsibilities include: Manage a clinical case load, working with guests and community clients with a variety of neurological conditions, primarily those living with spinal cord injury. Clinical based administration tasks. Quality and research tasks. Maintain equipment and facilities. About you.. We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:

Essential Criteria: Current accreditation with ESSA. Experience working as a part of a multidisciplinary team, ideally as part of a community-based rehab setting. Clinical expertise working with people living with spinal cord injuries and other neurological and physical disabilities. Demonstrated evidence of relevant professional development and commitment to evidence-based practice. Experience in prescribing exercise, strength and conditioning activities for people living with a disability. Experience working with compensable clients (inc. NDIS and icare) and/or knowledge of systems involved. Working with children's check. Immunisation status clearance. What we offer..
