About the Role:
As an Exercise Physiologist at our new Beerwah clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
Whether you prefer to work part-time or full-time, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who is committed to providing evidence-based exercise interventions and making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalised exercise programs for clients with a wide range of health concerns and conditions, including musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and metabolic conditions.
Providing one-on-one exercise consultations and group exercise sessions to clients, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and overall functional capacity.
Collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and a holistic approach to treatment.
Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying abreast of best practices in the field of exercise physiology.
Contributing to the growth and success of our Beerwah clinic through active participation in community outreach and networking activities.
Running Diabetes's education group classes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Full accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
Experience working as an Exercise Physiologist, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Clinical pilates experience strongly desirable
