What this job involves: We're looking for an Executive Team Assistant to join our high-performing NSW Office Leasing team!
The role will provide primary support to our Head of Office Leasing – NSW & Head of Office Leasing – Australia, whilst also supporting our Sydney CBD team with coordination and administrative tasks.
A snapshot of the role:
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks including documentation, reports, and fee managementManagement of client lists and communicationsCoordinate and manage client events and meetingsSupport client engagement activities and handle enquiriesOrganise reimbursements, invoicing, and payment of accountsArrange travel, accommodation, and itinerariesDrive implementation of new processes for improved efficiency Sound like you?
This is what we're looking for: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support roleExcellent attention to detailA self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team Location: On-site – Sydney, NSW
