This role goes beyond traditional tasks, offering you the chance to get involved in various projects and initiatives, all while working in a highly professional and results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics.Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing documents for executive meetings.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.Draft and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.Support key projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-up.Handle general office duties such as supply management and mail distribution.Assist with event planning, including staff functions and corporate events.Perform ad-hoc tasks and support the executive team with special projects.What We're Looking ForAt least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar role within a corporate environment.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to adapt to new systems quickly.A proactive and flexible attitude, with a keen eye for detail.Experience within the banking or financial sector is advantageous but not essential.Advance Your Career with UsIf you're a motivated Executive Team Assistant ready to bring your skills to a leading bank, we want to hear from you.
