As the Executive Support Officer, you will provide high level, quality, professional and confidential executive, and administrative functions, directly to the Executive Director of Medical Services.

The Executive Services team is responsible for providing high level, quality, professional and confidential executive and administrative services to the Office of the Health Service Chief Executive and members of the Executive Management Team to support the achievement of CQHHS's vision to deliver Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
About the role:
Provide high quality, effective, efficient, professional, and confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Officer (in this instance the Executive Director of Medical Services) and other members of the Executive Management Team (as required).
Manage and organise all aspects of the office of the relevant Executive Director/Executive Officer through the provision of efficient, effective, and confidential executive and administrative support services.
Provide professional frontline/reception services by screening of telephone calls, electronic and written correspondence.
Develop and maintain databases, systems and processes to enhance the organisation effectiveness for the management of correspondence, records and resources.
About you:
Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
Proven ability and experience in managing and prioritising the commitments and associated activities for Executive level staff, including the ability to initiate, determine and follow up work within mandated and tight timeframes.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal and written communication skills that reflect the ability to liaise effectively, diplomatically and discretely at all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to utilise a high degree of initiative, decision making and negotiation skills and reliably and independently operate with minimal guidance and direction.
What we offer:
Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 p.a.
is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
