Our client is on the hunt for a highly organised and experienced Executive Support Officer to join their industry-leading team in the Professional Services sector. This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient functioning of the Administrative operations, as well as providing essential support to the leadership team as required. This is a full-time role which requires availability to work Monday to Friday in the office, commencing immediately in a great City Fringe location.What you'll do:As an Executive Support Officer, you will play an integral part in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-level support to the executive team, as well as engaging with various stakeholders to manage day-to-day operations.Provide high-level support to the Executive team including diary management and meeting coordinationManage multiple inboxes to ensure smooth workflow, prompt responses, and priority-based management.Coordinate and book travel for the Executive teamMinute taking for Board and committee meetingsPrepare meeting Agendas, and distribute minutes, briefings, and Board papersCollate and distribute reportsServe as a liaison between departments and external stakeholdersDevelop and implement administrative policies aligned with organisational goals as required for continuous improvementProvide administrative support to ongoing projectsGeneral database maintenance as requiredAssist with coordinating the on-boarding and induction processes for new startersWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Senior Administration Officer role brings along demonstrated experience in a similar capacity.
