THE ROLE The Executive Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative, coordination, reporting and project management support to a Director in the Housing Development Branch. This position is seeking an energetic person willing to work in a dynamic environment.
You will provide a range of project support and administration services by managing correspondence, emails and calendar requirements as well as coordinating reporting, workflow and seeking appropriate approvals. You will act as a pivotal point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will have proven experience dealing with a range of key stakeholders. You will work with staff within the Branch as well as with the Office of the Chief Development to ensure actions are followed up and completed against mandated timelines.
Are you:Highly organised with excellent administration and project skills?A person who has supported executives/senior management on large scale infrastructure projects?A people person with great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills?A person who takes initiative, intuits and anticipates what's needed to get the job done?Able to build genuine, respectful and collaborative working relationships with a broad range of colleagues?A great learner, who enjoys the challenge of being part of a new and growing environment?ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Effectively manage office processes and maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information, fleet management, client payments and ministerial correspondence as required.Provide administrative support including meeting and event organisation, new staff onboarding, intranet updates and other tasks as required by the Directors and Office of the Chief Development Officer.Coordinate and track Director emails, approvals, records management and gifts, benefits and hospitality register for the team working with confidential and sensitive information, in a busy environment with multiple competing demands.COVID-19 VACCINATION

As of June 2023, DFFH does not require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status.
