About the role Reporting to the Manager, Office of the CEO, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executives and General Management team.
Your responsibilities will include diary and email management, preparing high-quality documents and presentations, support for high level meetings, such as preparing agendas, collating reports, minute-taking and scheduling.
General assistance will comprise the coordination of travel arrangements, conference bookings and office events and workshops.
You will also provide support and direction to the Administration Assistant and Receptionist, as needed.
This opportunity is a permanent role located at our Camberwell office which will start in January 2025 .
The base salary range is $85k - $87k (pro-rata) per annum.
We are committed to flexibility, offering this position either part-time (4 days per week) or full-time.

About you Previous experience in a similar capacity or role in a similar organisation.
Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload to meet timeframes and job-related expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels including senior management.
Demonstrated experience working in a confidential work environment where personal professionalism is essential to the role.
Good all-round computer skills and literacy, excellent ability with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project) etc.
