The Role: As the AO4 Executive Support Officer, you duties will include; Provide high-level support to the SEQ Operations Executive Director, managing the Office of the Executive Director.
Oversee the Executive Director's diary, schedule meetings, and organize agendas and minutes.
Handle the coordination and preparation of correspondence, ensuring quality responses for ministerial and corporate enquiries.
Manage the Office of the Executive Director Mailbox, action emails, and prepare routine correspondence.
Support coordination and monitoring of various reports, including Briefing Notes, Ministerial submissions, Business Cases, Strategic Planning, and HR Reporting.
Skills and Experience: Proven background in administration, with government experience preferred.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of SharePoint is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments and with external stakeholders.
