Executive Support OfficerFull-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyCloses: 04 November 2024Details: Wanniassa School is seeking a highly motivated, well organised and self-directed Executive Support Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for improving school-wide processes and discrete projects, driving the school's communication strategy and managing the Principal's workflow and supporting the senior leaders with operational activities.
This role requires creativity, initiative, discretion and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be a strong communicator with exceptional written skills.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.

Highly Desirable: Qualification or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications or similar role.Qualifications or equivalent experience in office practices and procedures.Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace.Familiarity with Canva, Sentral and other school software.First Aid qualification or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until November 2025 with the possibility of permanency.
A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
