You'll be at the heart of our operations, providing top-tier executive, secretariat, and project support to the Communities Director and senior leadership. Your role will involve crafting important governance papers, managing vital reporting and project documentation, and ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who thrives in managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships across the organization. If you're ready to play a key role in shaping Uniting's strategic direction and driving our success, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating incoming requests including identifying the most appropriate staff from across the Communities Directorate to respond, tracking progress against deadlines and reviewing responses for consistency.Draft high-quality governance papers, reports, and briefs for the Board and senior leadership.Manage competing priorities, ensuring timely responses from leadership and internal stakeholders.Organize and support governance committees, including scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking.Manage internal projects and develop procedures including reforms to the Communities ways of working.Keep up with developments within internal teams and external sectors, to ensure the Director can be provided with timely and relevant advice and information.Collaborate with other Directorate EAs and EOs.About you:You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in executive support or related roles, demonstrating strong organisational, administrative, and coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively engage diverse audiences.You must possess strong analytical skills to provide recommendations for process improvements, and be adept at managing competing priorities to ensure timely responses.Strong financial acumen as required when dealing with large budgets.Strong computer skills: MS Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint.What We Offer YouA rewarding career with a leading human services organisation.Up to $18,550 NFP salary packaging available.Access to our U rewards program with exclusive discounts.Flexible work hours for work-life balance.Access to Fitness Passport – Live your best life.A supportive and inclusive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth.Purchase of additional leave.Join us in driving impactful change and delivering results for the community.For all questions, please contact Zali Dar via email at .Applications will not be accepted via emails.
