We're on the hunt for an Executive Support Officer to join our team and provide high quality administrative support to our Chief Finance Officer and other members of the Executive Management Team (as required).
About us:
The Executive Services team is responsible for providing high level, quality, professional and confidential executive and administrative services to the Office of the Health Service Chief Executive and members of the Executive Management Team to support the achievement of CQHHS's vision to deliver Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
About the role:
Provide high quality, effective, efficient, professional and confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Officer and other members of the Executive Management Team (as required).
About you: Advanced knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in contemporary computer software applications.
Demonstrated experience in providing pro-active high-level secretariat functions and support to key committees.
Proven ability and experience in effectively managing and prioritising the executive support and administrative functions and associated activities for Executive level staff.
What we offer: Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $9,515 p.m. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
