About The Role

Due to internal restructure and refocus, we are looking for an Executive Support Officer to join us in these newly created roles, based in Fortitude Valley, close to transport and the train station. You will partner with, and support our Chief Digital Officer and ICT Managers and team.

You will provide high quality administrative, business, and executive support for the CDO and the wider ICT teams. You will report directly to the CDO and collaborate closely with Managers, other executive support officers and employees within the ICT division to deliver quality outcomes. The Executive Support Officer is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including business, administration and executive support, and must act with professionalism and integrity, and maintain the strictest of confidentiality, at all times.

About You

You will be professional, positive, mature minded, discrete, ethical and motivated to deliver high quality work, without compromise. You will enjoy working with executives, interpreting ambiguity, and problem solving to deliver excellence in administration and support. No two days will be the same as you work to your strengths and provide a high quality support service. You will also bring the below skills and experience:

High level of experience providing business, administration and/or executive support.Demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, communication, and relationship management skills with a wide range of stakeholders.Strong customer focus, the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and to deal with complex and sensitive matters.Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a busy team.Possesses a strong pro-active drive, initiative and energy to ensure maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility, including a willingness to "pitch-in" to solve challenges and get the work done.Advanced digital literacy skills to guide others in using relevant digital tools and understand their impact on daily operations, including a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Productivity Suite.
