Executive Support - Curriculum & Pedagogy

The Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia (AISWA) is the peak body representing and supporting independent schools in Western Australia. It has 162 member schools that enrol over 89,000 students, accounting for over 16% of Western Australian school enrolments.
We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Curriculum and Pedagogy and the Curriculum and Pedagogy (C&P) Directorate. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth communication, coordination, and administration of key initiatives within the Directorate.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Curriculum and Pedagogy.
The ideal candidate will possess:Proven experience in executive or project support, preferably in an education or similar environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.High level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, and initiative.A proactive and professional approach, with strong attention to detail.Current 'C' Class drivers' licence and access to a licenced vehicle for work use as required.Please visit our website here for a copy of the position description.
