Position Overview In this role, you'll conduct in-depth reviews of Body Corporate records to develop comprehensive, accessible reports.   Familiarity with Queensland's Body Corporate and Community Management Act is highly advantageous, ensuring your reports adhere to legislative standards.
Key Responsibilities
Report Preparation: Thoroughly review Body Corporate records, including minutes, financial documents, and correspondence, to prepare clear, precise summaries.Information Synthesis: Transform complex legislative and financial data into accessible insights that pinpoint key actions, financial responsibilities, and compliance risks for strata property buyers.Compliance Assurance: Guarantee all reports are aligned with Body Corporate regulations and Sun City Legal Services' quality standards, highlighting potential compliance risks to protect our clients' interests.Required Skills and Experience Industry Experience: Background in Body Corporate (Strata), Conveyancing, corporate reporting, or related fields is highly desirable.Exceptional Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to capture and summarise critical information with accuracy.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and document management tools; knowledge of Body Corporate software is a plus.Organisational Skills: Strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple reports effectively.This role is crafted for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for Body Corporate compliance.
