About The Opportunity As an Executive Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with highly experienced Partners in our Executive Search Practice, who are recognised as industry leaders in their field.
Our intent, if desired, is to offer you a meaningful pathway to Partnership through our accelerated progression program.
Key responsibilities include: Working in close collaboration with experienced Partners to understand business context and job briefs.
Sourcing, engaging and managing candidates through process.
Market mapping and compiling research, specific for client mandates.
Proactively networking with executives within the care economy.
Assisting with the preparation of client and candidate reports, detailing key market data, insights and trends to inform the decision-making process.

About You For this role, we're seeking an Executive Researcher, who takes pride in advancing social purpose and is looking to advance their career in lockstep with elevating outcomes for those within the Care Economy.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to converse with executive leaders.
Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Desire to continue learning and developing your career within the recruitment sector.
Experience within executive search (internal or agency) preferred.
