Contract preparation and follow up Preparing listing kits/ presentationsUploading properties to the internetBooking print media advertisingCompiling marketing material and brochuresPreparing Form 6'sConducting Title Searches/ Company SearchesMaintaining the databaseGenerally assisting as needed; answering calls and directing enquiryMonday - Friday only, NO Saturdays!
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, switched on, show initiative and be passionate about developing their Real Estate career:Previous experience in sales administration/reception in Real Estate desirableCurrent Real Estate Certificate of Registration for QLD The ability to multitaskExcellent presentation and groomingEnthusiastic, energetic and strong initiative to go the extra mileReliable and respectful
