In the Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability Group we are looking for an Executive Project Officer and we're keen to hear from you! 
Ongoing opportunity (Full-Time) Hybrid WFH in Parramatta or other location by negotiation. Salary – Environment Officer Class 10: ranges from $125,487 up to $138,386 + 11% super. About the role We are seeking an Executive Project Officer to provide executive, business and strategic support services and deliver projects to the Deputy Secretary and other senior leaders of the organisation. This role will facilitate the achievement of strategic and operational goals and objectives for the Energy, Climate Change & Sustainability Group.
About you Able to operate in a high-volume work environment with competing demands, strict deadlines and shifting parameters. Able to exercise astute judgment and initiative in handling confidential and sensitive information that could impact organizational performance or reputation. Able to maintain focus on long-term business excellence and organizational goals, continuously improving capability and workplace culture. Able to use initiative and solve problems, while working collaboratively and assisting where necessary in a team environment. Key experience Extensive experience preparing and editing high-quality written materials, such as reports, business cases, briefings, Ministerial and Executive correspondence, Parliamentary documents and communication materials. Managing and delivering core operational projects Developing and maintaining of governance and operational frameworks, including developing procedures and reviewing and improving existing processes Apply today!
