As the Executive Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Leadership team at the Foundation, delivering high-quality project management, administrative, and event support. Working closely with the Executive Director, this role is integral to coordinating fundraising activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As a proactive, detail-oriented individual you will handle a variety of tasks:
Executive support to Executive Director and leadership team, including diary management, meeting arrangements, timesheet management and other coordination Serve as the first point of contact for the Foundation Driving key projects and contributing to the Foundation's objectives. Maintain high level of communication to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships Coordinate and organise internal committee, prepare agendas and take minutes Deliver general office management, ensuring smooth operations Classifications for this position will range from HS2 - HS21 ($66,768 - 73,811 per annum, pro-rata for part-time)
A bit about you A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in similar role Strong interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining high level executive correspondence Well-developed planning and organisational skills Demonstrated ability to confidently and professionally interact with stakeholders at all levels High level computer literacy Current working rights within Australia Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain What we Offer In the heart of Fitzroy, CBD at our doorstep, close to some of Melbourne's best cafes, public transport and lots of carparks Salary Packaging - Increase your take home pay!
