Job DescriptionThe Opportunity We are seeking a values driven, strategic senior leader to join our Executive Leadership team in a newly established two (2) year fixed term role with accountability for a broad range of transformation, change and improvement programs across the business, including a large scale transformation on how HCA provides service delivery. These transformation programs will ensure HCA has a sustainable future aligned with our purpose.
This role is pivotal in driving and delivering fit for purpose program outcomes, fostering an improvement and innovation culture, and will inspire, lead and empower the functions of Information Technology and People and Culture, leveraging people capability and technology to equip and sustain HCA in its next stage of strategic direction and growth.

Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You You will be an accomplished leader, highly experienced in delivering large scale transformation, change and improvement programs, across multiple areas and disciplines preferably within the community housing sector or related.
You will inspire, lead and empower a high performing and collaborative team of our people across business disciplines to deliver our business strategy.
Leading by example, you will thrive working in a dynamic environment and be truly passionate about delivering a high standard of program delivery to achieve outstanding outcomes.
You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant area of discipline with exceptional project, change and people management skills and strong influencing and partnering skills in managing key stakeholder relationships, providing leadership that develops capability and engenders a culture of alignment and excellence.
