About the Opportunity The Executive Producer plays a pivotal senior leadership role in the arts and cultural tourism sector. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering all QMF events, including the annual Qld Music Trails program.
As an accomplished leader, you will lead a core team of Producers and a seasonal workforce, working collaboratively with experts across production, technical operations, ticketing, and marketing. Your leadership will ensure the seamless integration of all elements required to deliver transformational audience experiences.
The program elements align with the curatorial direction and reflect the distinctiveness of each Trail personality.Accountable for the operational planning, timelines, and workflow processes to ensure the efficient delivery of an annual program of events.Lead and cultivate a healthy, respectful, and high-performing team.Develop and oversee varied systems and processes that are industry best practices and support ethical and sustainable principles.Accountable for the pre-event and post-event debriefs, reporting requirements and acquittals.About You You are known as a strong people and operational leader who thrives on guiding your team through shifting project needs with methodical and steadfast leadership. Calm, consistent, and decisive, you bring stability and clarity to dynamic environments, ensuring your team remains focused and aligned in achieving their goals.
