Our firm is expanding nationally and is now seeking a highly skilled, proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Role As the Executive/Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership of Australia's largest independent migration law firm. This position requires exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. You will be the right-hand person to the Managing Partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and acting as a key liaison within the firm and externally.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Manage confidential correspondence, emails, and documents with meticulous attention to detail Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanour at all times Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required Coordinate meetings and special projects, ensuring all deadlines are met Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external counsel to facilitate efficient and effective communication Manage special assignments, requiring a strategic mindset and a proactive approach Key Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment Superior organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong attention to detail High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive matters Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate the needs of the Managing Partner Tertiary qualifications in business, law, or a related discipline are advantageous Why Join Us?
