What you will do: Manage a portfolio of member relationships within prominent enterprises across various industries, such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer, Mining, and others.
Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients utilizing all ExP products and resources.
Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan.
Conduct on-site briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
Present or facilitate at local ExP events.
Build a strong partnership with Gartner's Sales and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business.
Who You Are: Consulting or CIO/Senior Technology Leadership roles with 20+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.).
Strong Banking or Financial Services industry experience is essential.
Demonstrate exposure to and ownership of large Strategic Programs and oversight of the Strategic IT direction of their organization.
Extensive knowledge of a CIO's focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry, including enterprise digital transformation and technology strategy.
Strong commercial acumen to enable business growth.
Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills to board-level executives.
Advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
High tolerance and ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations.
