We currently have an exciting opportunity for 2 Executive Officers to join our Customer Experience and RTRL teams on a maximum term Full time basis until 30 June 2025.  As the Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level executive support and driving strategic initiatives within our Customer Experience and RTRL portfolio's. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions including project management, quality improvement, corporate governance, strategic advice, communication management, procurement, budgeting, financial leadership, quality control, governance practice, change management, business improvement, and continuity initiatives. Prepare and deliver communication strategies to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. What you'll need to be successful Tertiary qualification in business, leadership, project management or related discipline along with technical knowledge, expertise, skills and/or proven experience in a similar role. Current Class C Drivers Licence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in delivering transformation projects related to business improvement, HR, and/or financial management excellence.
