About the Role
The Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate ACT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Officer to support the Chief Digital Officer (CDO).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the office of the CDO, including facilitating workflow, coordinating communication, and managing administration.
Ensure high-quality control and administration of governance documentation related to the office.
Operate with a high degree of independence while working collaboratively across the Directorate to achieve priorities.
Liaise with influential stakeholders and their offices on behalf of the CDO, including ministers, directors-general, and other executives.
Engage with executives and business units, other directorates, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directorate.
Provide high-level executive administrative and secretarial services to the CDO and the Group.
Coordinate reporting and provide secretarial and administrative support through activities such as preparing agendas, papers, and minutes.
Facilitate and monitor the timely flow of correspondence to meet deadlines.
Contribute to the skilling, development, and mentoring of the EO and EA network to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

Understand the work and priorities of the Directorate.
Have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work with people across different levels.
Understand and work within the ACTPS Code of Conduct and ACTPS values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
Coordination and secretariat experience would be beneficial in this role.
