About the role 
The Senior Advisor / Executive Officer is responsible for maximising the impact of the Member & Customer team by driving the progression of tasks and projects within the Group Executive for Member & Customer's portfolio, and for working with stakeholders to facilitate the efficient and effective achievement of the Member & Customer Group's strategies and plans. The Executive Officer is also responsible for ensuring that the Group Executive for Member & Customer is thoroughly and effectively supported through the provision of high quality, anticipatory, proactive and timely information, support and advice. This position includes frequent liaison with the Executive Team, the Member & Customer team, other EA employees, EA's members, volunteers, customers, stakeholders and the Member & Stakeholder Strategy Committee.


In this role you will you will provide high-level support to the Group Executive for Member & Customer to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Member & Customer Group, including:
Lead projects that cut across the Member & Customer Group eg: strategy, planning, leaders workshops Support with Member & Stakeholder Strategy committee and EA Board eg: writing papers, researching and preparing documents/data.Preparation for internal and external meetings eg: Support with presentations, draft talking points.Work with the Group Executive, Member & Customer's team leaders and Executive Assistant to drive implementation of EA and Member & Customer strategy.Liaise closely with the Executive Team to ensure the effective delivery of assigned tasks to a high quality.Track progress/performance of implementation of Member & Customer strategy and EA strategy, share and work with M&C leaders to learn and improve.Incorporate feedback from team members and other stakeholders into M&C plans.Draft communications and reports on behalf of the Group Executive for Member & Customer for internal and external stakeholders, including team communications/updates/newsletters, and reports to the CEO and the EA Board.Anticipate the needs of the Group Executive for Member & Customer and other key stakeholders wherever possible in order to manage risk and provide workable solutions for the smooth and efficient running of the Member & Customer Group.Triage tasks and reduce distractions for the Group Executive, Member & Customer.Undertake other duties as may be directed and required from time to time.Here's what we're looking for:
