Your responsibilities will include managing communications, crafting detailed project plans, and preparing executive briefs that enable informed decision-making. You'll be the key contact point for internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable advice and contributing to the resolution of complex issues. Your proactive approach will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Director's office, allowing them to focus on strategic leadership.In this dynamic position, you will also have the opportunity to engage in exciting projects and undertake research initiatives as directed by the Executive Director. Your organisational skills will be essential in coordinating the Director's diary and managing essential documentation and information systems.
