The Executive Group Manager Infrastructure Project Solutions is looking for a highly motivated professional for the role of Executive Officer.
The Executive Officer is essential to the effective operations of the office of the EGM and the broader Infrastructure Project Solutions division. They will ensure timely and quality outputs, consultation across the group, and contribute to innovation and better ways of working. Authoring briefs, accompanying the EGM on site visits, creating data-informed dashboards, and leading process improvement are just some of the great activities undertaken by the Executive Officer.
The Executive Officer will also have a support role with personnel management, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, delegations etc., and will support implementing new ways of working to contribute to MPC being the best they can be.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Highly Desirable: A good working knowledge of Records Management system such as Objective will be an advantage.Understanding and experience working with data and performance measurement.Relevant tertiary qualifications and or extended experience in business administration will be highly regarded for this role.Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
