Based in our Support Centre in Milton, you will be joining a friendly team of various departments that are all there to support the wider Lutheran Services organization and make a difference in the lives of many people, every day!About the OpportunityThis role will provide high-level administration tasks, coordination of strategic and operational deliverables that support the leadership team, and will consult with the Aged Care and Quality General Managers as well as the broader team, including internal stakeholders.Key Accountabilities:Track, monitor, and report on budget performanceAssist senior management in secretariat tasks, project management, and integration of team activitiesSupport business case development, review project documents, policies, and proceduresBuild and maintain positive stakeholder engagementSupport recruitment, induction, and training initiativesThe above is a snapshot of the key responsibilities, but rest assured, no day will be the same in this busy and varied role!About YouWe exist to provide services that brighten people's lives each day.
