Join a values-based organisation with a flexible and supportive working environmentEnjoy a tropical lifestyle while achieving your career goals at a leading higher education institution2 x Full-time, continuing positions | 36.25hr work week$131,469 per year plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefitsABOUT THE ROLE These Executive Officer positions will play a critical role in high-level management and executive support, planning, financial management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and resource management, supporting the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Education, or the Chief Operating Officer, respectively.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE As a qualified professional with postgraduate qualifications and demonstrated expertise in executive level support, business and strategic planning, you will play a pivotal role in advancing JCU's mission by aligning divisional strategies with the University's broader goals.
Your well-developed interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills will enable you to navigate and resolve complex challenges, as you engage with stakeholders across various levels, including government bodies, industry partners, and community networks.
You will support the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Education, or the Chief Operating Officer by providing research-backed insights, developing comprehensive reports, briefing papers, and submissions to facilitate decision-making, ensuring optimal outcomes and the successful achievement of divisional objectives.
