Executive Officer - Diary

Applications are invited for an Executive Officer – Diary role with the Hon Jacquie Petrusma MP, Minister for Health, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Minister for Veterans' Affairs in the Tasmanian Liberal Government.
We are seeking an organised and skilled individual with previous experience as an executive diary manager to provide support for the Minister including diary management, travel and administration support.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, proficient administration and computer skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. The successful candidate will be adept at problem solving and have strong communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with both internal and external stakeholders.
