Join us in creating a cleaner, more sustainable future.The Role:We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Officer/Assistant to support our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will manage the CEO's day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You'll also play a key role in company events and project support, with an exciting opportunity to grow within the business.We see this as a growth opportunity for the right individual who will be able to utilise their education to grow within the business while learning from the best.Key Responsibilities:Project Involvement: Participate in energy-related projects, utilizing your academic knowledge and gaining hands-on experience in the sector.Growth Opportunity: Gain exposure to C-suite level meetings, and work closely with senior leadership to develop skills and insights that can shape your career in the energy sector.Diary Management: Efficiently coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel, and personal appointments.Administrative Support: Manage emails, correspondence, and prepare documents as required. Organize and maintain records.Event Management: Plan, organise, and execute company events, including internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences.What We're Looking For:A new or recent graduate potentially with a degree in a related field (Energy, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or similar).Interest in executive-level support, event management, or similar roles.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.A passion for the energy transition and sustainability.5 days a week in office.Why Join Us?A dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking work culture.
