THE OPPORTUNITY Are you a highly organised and efficient Office & Executive Support person who thrives on building relationships with people? If so, we'd love to hear from you! This role reports to the Head of People and Culture, and also has a direct relationship with the CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Office support and reception - greet visitors and make people feel welcome Assistant to the CEO and executive leadership team members - manage the CEO's calendar, assist with correspondence and manage credit card reconciliation Assist in with the Board and Executive/Senior Leadership Team meeting agendas and schedules Assist in running events such as our bi-annual Christmas party, EOFY event, monthly birthdays and team lunches Assist in improving the office function and services Assist with managing our company calendar Act as the main contact for our building tenancy Act as the main travel coordinator for our Support Centre team Assist with administrative support tasks as needed across areas such as finance, human resources and operations Order and maintain all the necessary office and grocery supplies ABOUT YOU: You have a can-do positive approach and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Excellent organisational & time management skills. The ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously & prioritise your work. Experience in a similar administration and support role is highly desirable.
