Mackay Regional Council is dedicated to delivering exceptional water and sewage services across eleven water supply schemes, four sewerage schemes, and three recycled water schemes.
With approximately $750 million in water and sewerage assets, we strive to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of these essential services.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Manager Water Treatment to lead our Treatment Program within Water Services.
This pivotal role requires a strategic leader committed to ensuring the highest standards of water treatment, sewage treatment, environmental, and laboratory services.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Current "C" class QLD Driver's Licence Substantial experience at a senior level in public or private sector relevant to the water and wastewater networks function Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field Extensive experience in the management of water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental, and scientific laboratory operations Extensive experience in the allocation and management of human, financial, and strategic resources Why work for Mackay Regional Council?
