We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as the Executive Manager, Talent & Leadership. The ideal candidate will lead and drive key activities across the portfolio, including Executive Talent programs, GM development plans, executive assessments, and Leadership initiatives. They will have experience in end-to-end thinking for delivering executive talent programs and leadership assessments. Additionally, the role will support executive recruitment and GM onboarding activities. Key responsibilities will include: Project management and delivery of GM talent program HorizonManagement and execution of talent and leadership 360 assessment and surveysSupport GM onboarding and executive recruitment processes and activitiesSupport Talent & Leadership initiatives such as GM of the Year award, Elevate Program, Succession planningManage vendor processes for 360 assessments and toolsProvide comprehensive executive talent and leadership support on all key activities across and the execution of strategic programs.Manage and track progress on key talent & leadership programs, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and identifying any risks or issues impacting program outcomes.
