Reporting to the CEO, the key focus areas are:
Effective planning, operational management and ongoing development of all Holyoake clinical operations units to deliver quality AOD and mental health services.Building Holyoake's capacity to respond effectively to the growing and changing community demands in the AOD and mental health sector.We are seeking a proven leader who brings a sound understanding of the AOD and mental health sector, including the nature of the clinical aspects of the work, and the ability to work with other organisations and within legislative frameworks. You should also have experience in developing and managing contemporary, high quality community service programs.
Naturally we expect the full suite of skills normally associated with a position at this level, in particular the ability to foster innovation and service development; consult and liaise in the development and delivery of new initiatives, and successfully build partnerships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders. Strong skills in quality management in an operations environment are essential. Sound and ethical judgement, integrity, honesty and strong values alignment are a given.
