About the Role:As the Executive Manager – People and Performance, you will be a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior management position will give you the chance to shape and implement strategic initiatives that align with organisational goals.
You will oversee Human Resources and Work Health and Safety (WHS) teams, ensuring compliance, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement.
