Position Type: Full-time 3-year Executive contract (extension possible, subject to funding)
Remuneration Package: Generous remuneration package on offer including relocation expenses, 6 weeks annual leave with 18% leave loading, 15 days personal leave, up to 10 days study leave, and the ability to PBI salary package to increase your take home pay.

We are seeking an Executive Manager, Primary Health Care (EMPHC) to drive transformative initiatives and ensure high-quality service delivery across our Primary Health Care programs.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Governance: Play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing primary care systems, ensuring robust governance processes for effective program operations. Strategic Planning: Oversee the forward planning of primary health care delivery, managing human, financial, and physical resources efficiently. Quality Improvement: Evaluate services through Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards. Accreditation & Standards: Maintain all health-related accreditations and uphold high-quality service delivery across programs. Grant Program Management: Lead the planning and implementation of grant programs from application to approval, ensuring effective utilization within the organization. What you will bring: Proven experience in leadership roles within primary health care. Strong understanding of governance, program management, and quality improvement processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in health management, leadership and management.
