C-Suite Partners is pleased to partner with The Hobart Clinic in the search for an Executive Manager — Mental Health & Wellbeing Programs to lead the development and expansion of Mental Health and Wellbeing programs across Tasmania.
The Hobart Clinic is a not-for-profit mental health service provider, committed to providing high-quality mental health and addiction recovery care and programs.
Established in 1984, this year The Clinic celebrated its 40-year anniversary of providing Life Changing Care.
Over time, it has grown into a highly respected non-government mental health service, with a 27-bed inpatient facility on seven acres on Hobart's Eastern Shore, and The Hobart Clinic MindHub consulting suites and group facilities in Hobart CBD.
With a new Board in 2021, a new strategic plan and new CEO in 2023, The Clinic is now moving forward to complete recruitment to a new organisational structure to realise its strategic goals.
Building on strong foundations from its proud much-loved past, the clinic is changing to become a contemporary not-for-profit organisation, embracing a digital and internal capability transformation.
As a member of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO, this is a new role which is critical to the Hobart Clinic's future success.
The role has responsibility for leading the development, delivery and expansion of contemporary evidence-based, trauma-informed, client-centred mental health and wellbeing programs, co-designed with people who have lived experience of mental health challenges.
