YOUR ROLE As the Executive Manager, Home & Niche, you will lead the development and execution of the Home Insurance Growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving P&L performance, customer experience, and growth while ensuring that the end-to-end manufacturing function (product, pricing, and portfolio) aligns with the profitable growth strategy.
In this role, you will implement the Customer Value Proposition for Home Insurance, strengthening the presence of our direct brands in the designated regions. You will embed the desired customer experience across various customer segments and channels. Achieving customer growth, retention, and positive NPS outcomes will be key, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments made across the value chain and distribution networks.
You will ensure alignment with our partners and across our Retail Insurance Business Units (e.g., RACV, CXM, Digital Business, Pricing, and Claims), fostering growth in line with the strategic intent of the Retail Insurance Division.
This is a permanent role, based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
ABOUT YOU Proven ability to design and implement home insurance growth strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment with the overall growth strategy, with a focus on product, pricing, and portfolio management.Expertise in crafting and executing customer value propositions to enhance customer experience, foster growth, improve retention, and achieve positive NPS results.A successful track record of implementing company-wide performance metrics that track progress within a low-cost operating model.Strong leadership skills with the ability to cultivate an engaged, safety-conscious team culture while maintaining a customer-focused approach.Ability to drive continuous improvement while balancing the needs of stakeholders and adhering to regulatory requirements.Applications close on Friday, 08 November 2024 at 23:59pm.
