Your future at the RIC: As the Executive Manager Finance, you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and business plans, influencing and developing policies for the finance team responsibilities. You will lead a team of experienced and skilled professionals and will be responsible for all back-of-house loan management activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide key strategic financial, budget management and procurement advice to the RIC Executive Leadership team. What you will do: Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the finance team including the positive promotion of the RIC's culture statements Manage the RIC's financial reporting internally and externally including, financial, statutory and financial statements Monitor and report (internally and externally) on the RIC's finances, procurement and contract management activities in accordance with the relevant legislation Oversee the delivery of all back-of-house loan management activities such as the processing of disbursements, draw-downs, repayments, cost recovery, collections, management customer deposits and generation of customer statements Lead the delivery of all facets of Financial management, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, oversight of payroll, credit cards, bank reconciliations, procurement and contract management support.
