We provide low-cost loans to strengthen Australian agriculture and grow thriving regional communities. RIC farm loans support our customers to prepare, manage through and recover from drought, natural disasters or biosecurity risks causing severe financial disruption. We help accelerate plans for first-generation farmers and next-generation farmers.  Your future at the RIC:  As the Executive Manager Finance, you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and business plans, influencing and developing policies for the finance team responsibilities.  You will lead a team of experienced and skilled professionals and will be responsible for all back-of-house loan management activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide key strategic financial, budget management and procurement advice to the RIC Executive Leadership team.  What you will do:  Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the finance team including the positive promotion of the RIC's culture statements  Manage the RIC's financial reporting internally and externally including, financial, statutory and financial statements  Monitor and report (internally and externally) on the RIC's finances, procurement and contract management activities in accordance with the relevant legislation  Oversee the delivery of all back-of-house loan management activities such as the processing of disbursements, draw-downs, repayments, cost recovery, collections, management customer deposits and generation of customer statements  Lead the delivery of all facets of Financial management, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, oversight of payroll, credit cards, bank reconciliations, procurement and contract management support.  Manage RIC's finances including budgetary matters, resource allocation and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility and financial sustainability  Manage the development and delivery of the RIC's procurement strategy, policies and priorities  Liaise, network and build strong productive relationships with government and regulatory stakeholders including the Department, Australian National Audit Officer and other inter-agency counterparts  You'll be proud of:  Working for an organisation that helps to build a stronger Australia through thriving regions Joining a workplace that is bold and acts with purpose, is down to earth, and embraces difference and acts as one.
