A Unique Career Opportunity awaits! The Shire of Halls Creek is seeking an experienced Executive Manager Finance on a permanent full-time basis to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership over the Shire's financial functions, ensuring fiscal health and supporting overall organisational goals.
The Executive Manager Finance plays a critical role in sustaining financial health, driving organisational growth, and ensuring adherence to best practices in financial governance.

The OpportunityReporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a high-performing team passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.
With a strong background in finance, you will explore and implement initiatives to streamline processes whilst adhering to best practice, compliance with legislation, regulations and standards across the finance team.
You will be required to have relevant tertiary qualification in accounting with at least 5 years' experience in a senior level financial position coupled with extensive knowledge of local government accounting systems and processes.
