Executive Manager (Centre of Excellence Lead) - Identity Access Management and Access Design See yourself in our team:
The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) Teams are an integral part of the wider Group Security practice. IAT consists of 3 Crews focused on Identity Lifecycle Management, Workforce Authentication and Privileged Access Management. These Crews are supported by 3 enabling teams, focused on Identity Adoption, Oversight and Access Design. Together they deliver a range of critical services to the organisation ensuring our staff and partners have the right access, to the right systems, at the right times.
The Identity Access Design team is tasked with defining how access should be structured, requested, presented, and ultimately managed across our strategic Identity platforms. Role management lifecycle (creation, modification, decommission) and policy maintenance (i.e., development, validation and enforcement specifically related to Segregation of Duties) are the primary focus areas, driven by deep data insights that will allow for proactive engagement across applicable Business Units and Technology Teams.
Do Work that matters: Define the role framework for adoption/ enforcement across applicable strategic Identity platforms.Define the necessary checks and balances (automated vs. manual) as access is made requestable.Drive a simplified role estate (i.e., using data driven insights to reduce stale or redundant access/ roles).Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual submission effort across Business Units and Technology Teams.Aid in defining and challenging proposed policies (specifically related to Segregation of Duties/ Toxic access combinations).Aid in addressing legacy policies that exist across one or more platforms (i.e., 'false' SODs or significant 'business rules').Deliver actionable insights related to outlier access, overlapping access and predictive analytics (i.e., what new starters may need).Highlight and address data inconsistencies related to requestable or birthright/ pre-approved access.Input into assurance test case development and technology roadmaps. We are interested in hearing from people who: Demonstrated Technical and people leadership skills having managed large workforces.Strong Identity and Access Management Experience (i.e., typical lifecycle processes and key technology).Strong knowledge of access models (fine and coarse grain, entitlement relationships, etc.).Deliver frameworks aligned with internal policies and industry standards.Ability to integrate and interrogate large data sets and translate to 'business' insight.Deep knowledge of business processes (specifically related to Banking) to aid with Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy development (e.g., home loan origination).Experience with Audit, Compliance and Risk functions.Very strong written and communication skills.Working with us:
