Supporting the Bankwest business with the realisation of transformation benefitsProactively undertaking deep dive reviews to understand and analyse drivers of valuePresenting performance insights to leadership teams, helping them to understand their performanceDo work that matters The Executive Manager, Bankwest Finance has several key areas of responsibility:
Business performance and management reporting focused on insights and driving effective decision makingPlanning and forecasting focused on accuracy and identification of value creation across the group with a focus on expense managementBeing a trusted business partner through providing valued advice that drives business performanceLeading and driving cross functional initiatives that support the group and FS strategic objectives as well as leading productivity across FS and business partnersMaintaining best practice business partnering capability to maximise the strategic and financial impact of project resourcing, business prioritisation and capital utilisationOwn and lead strong financial control, governance, and risk management disciplines across the team to ensure the business "makes money safely"Working collaboratively across BW and RBS to build and sustain a high-performance team and cultureThis role reports into the General Manager (CFO), Bankwest Finance.
We're interested in hearing from people who value or possess: 8+ years experience driving the financial performance of a relevant product/distribution business.
