This role will assist multiple sections across the branch in supporting civil and criminal investigative cases.This position is a non-ongoing term of 12 months with a possibility of extension.As a member of the Regulatory Compliance Branch, you will work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Duties are to be performed under broad direction of your supervisor and in accordance with the APS Code of Conduct, upholding the APS Values and the office values of independence, impartiality, integrity, accessibility, and professionalism.The core responsibilities for the position are to:Provide expert financial analysis for the branch's civil litigation and criminal prosecution matters.Provide detailed expert statements to support prosecutorial action and present evidence to the courts where required.Foster a collaborative team environment.Provide expert guidance and advice to the branch and internal stakeholders, addressing a wide range of issues of varying complexity and sensitivity to ensure informed decision-making.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging feedback and input from staff at all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
