Executive Leadership Team Assistants

Position 1 - Temporary full-time until 21 April 2025 - Assets and community directorate
Position 2 - Permanent part-time - Environment, economy and place directorate
Position 3 - Casual
Located in Port Fairy

We are currently seeking experienced executive assistants to join our executive leadership team. The successful candidates will work closely with the director of assets and community whilst also working with the broader executive leadership team providing support where required.
To be successful in this role you will need
Qualifications
Essential

Employee working with children check
Current Victorian driver licence

Experience
Essential
Minimum four years experience in an office based position.
Desirable
Knowledge of local government and council processes and procedures highly desirable.
Successful completion of appropriate certified courses.
Key selection criteria 1
Substantial experience in Microsoft packages.
Key selection criteria 2
Strong time management skills, including the ability to respond to changing priorities to produce quality outputs and outcomes.
Key selection criteria 3
Demonstrated high level of personal initiative in an office environment.
