People and Culture reporting : Provide accurate reporting on key workforce metrics and present insights to the executive team and board. What You Bring: Proven experience in a senior HR or People and Culture leadership role, ideally within the disability support, community or healthcare sectors. A values-driven approach, with a commitment to promoting fairness and equitable treatment for all. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation. A passion for driving positive outcomes for employees and the people we support. Expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, safety leadership, and industrial relations. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality. The flexibility to travel within the region as required. A commitment to improving the lives of those living with a disability and the employees who support them. Why Join Dundaloo Support Services? This is a rare opportunity to shape the people and culture function within an established, mission-driven organisation.

With a new CEO empowering you to take charge of the P&C function, you will have the autonomy to lead strategically, build the P&C function from the ground up and make a meaningful impact.
